Taylor Swift has dropped major The Eras tour news on Instagram alongside a relaxing photo of herself soaking up the sun.
2023 is the year of Taylor Swift. From selling out her The Eras Tour to releasing the highest-grossing concert film domestically, the singer’s career is in its prime. Things aren’t just looking up in her professional life; if you haven’t heard, Tay Tay is dating Travis Kelce, who is widely considered one of the top NFL athletes of all time.
Swift took time out of her busy schedule on Thursday to show fan appreciation with a stunning selfie – and another music release.

It’s easy to see why Taylor leads one of the most dedicated fanbases. The singer is known for her connection with Swifties, and her latest Instagram post is evidence of her appreciation for them.
“What a truly mind-blowing thing you’ve turned The Eras Tour Concert Film into,” she captioned the photo of herself sunbathing. “I’ve been watching videos of you guys in the theaters dancing and prancing and recreating choreography, creating inside jokes, casting spells, getting engaged, and just generally creating the exact type of joyful chaos we’re known for.”
She continued: “One of my favorite things you’ve done was when you supported Cruel Summer SO much, I ended up starting The Eras Tour show with it.”
Taylor wore her signature red lipstick, a blue floral dress, and orange sunnies – it’s giving 22 music video vibes.
If you can’t make it to the cinema, the singer announced that she’ll be dropping live audio from the tour.
The Eras Tour concert film shatters records
Last Sunday, it was revealed that The Eras Tour film grossed $95 million to $97 million during its opening weekend, making it the highest-opening concert film of all time. The release beat the likes of Justin Bieber’s Never Say Never, which raked in $73 million in 2011. Miley Cyrus’ Best of Both Worlds earned $31.1 million during its 2008 opening.
The premiere welcomed the likes of Maren Morris and Adam Sandler, but the most unexpected VIP was Beyonce, who Taylor admitted was her pop inspiration.
